Marilyn Monroe

The Prince and the Showgirl. Marylin Monroe and Laurence Olivier at a publicity shoot for their movie "The Prince and the Showgirl" in 1956. The pair seemed to hit it off in front of the cameras though there were rumours that Olivier, who directed the film, found Monroe a rather difficult co-star. Still he managed to keep her under control to extract one of the best performances of her career.
