His Excellency the Governor of South Australia with Reverend W. J. Mayers and his travelling party. During 1908-10, Rev. W. J. Mayers and a party of Musical Boys toured in Australia and New Zealand. 700 services and meetings were held and 17, 500 raised to build the Australasian Hospital in the Girls Village Homes. Thus the people of Brighter Britain helped the children of Darkest England. Date: circa 1910
