Playwright Harold Pinter will make one of his rare appearances as an actor when he takes a leading role in his own play "The Homecoming", which begins at the Palace Theatre, Watford, Hertfordshire. He is seen here at rehersal. * ... Playing the love scene on the floor are Terence Rigby, who appeared in the original production with the Royal Shakespeare Company at the Aldwych, and Jane Lowe. "The Homecoming" - which had a big success when it first opened in London in 1965 and which later won the New York Drama Critics' Award for the Best Play of the Year - is the Watford's first repertory production of this year.
