Delilah, a femme fatale with scissors in hand, silently snips away at Samson's hair as he slumbers, stealing not only his strength but also delivering him into the hands of his enemies. Hind Robs Dr Peters - an engraving that captures a moment of theft and treachery. A hind stealthily pilfers from Dr Peters' possessions, leaving him none the wiser. The infamous "Old Mob" strikes again. This time targeting none other than the Duchess of Portsmouth. In this engraved scene, they skillfully rob her without detection. William Page abandons his Phaeton momentarily to commit a daring robbery near Putney. His audacity knows no bounds as he seizes another's belongings while leaving behind his own luxurious ride. Oliver Twist comes alive in Charles Dickens' words and illustrations.
