In February 1992, Lostwithiel witnessed a grand Bell-ringing Presentation where enthusiasts gathered to celebrate this cherished craft. The atmosphere was filled with camaraderie and admiration for those who keep this tradition alive. Breaking stereotypes further were "Belles of St Clement's. " - girl bell ringers proudly showcasing their skills in 1926. They proved that passion knows no boundaries when it comes to creating harmonious melodies high above us all. Through generations and across continents, "ringers" continue to weave together history and music with every swing of a rope or press of a key. Their tireless efforts ensure that church bells echo through time while bringing communities closer together.
