Cake decorating is an art that knows no bounds. They came in all shapes and sizes, from a whimsical train to a charming pram and even a cozy cottage. These masterpieces were crafted by the talented third and fourth-year Asian girls, pupils of Broad Heath Secondary Girls School. One display showcased three cupcakes adorned with the faces of adorable animals - a pig, a clown, and a hedgehog. The view from above revealed their intricate details brought to life with colorful icing and sweets. A large selection of cake decorations was on offer, including marzipan fruit and flowers, hundreds and thousands sprinkles, chocolate flakes, marshmallows, and chocolate bars. It was like stepping into a confectionery wonderland. Seven more cupcakes caught our attention with their vibrant colors and sugary delights. From side view perspective, they looked too good to eat. The array continued with an assortment of chocolate curls and shavings that would make any chocoholic's heart skip a beat. Three beautifully decorated Christmas cakes stole the show - Dragee Cake shimmering delicately under the light; Glace Fruit Cake bursting with fruity flavors; Holly Berry Cake showcasing festive cheer from every angle. Pink roses made entirely out of icing sugar stood tall on green stems – each petal dusted lightly for added realism while browning edges added depth to their beauty. A round fruit cake covered in smooth marzipan lay before us like perfection itself. Its pure white sugarpaste icing glistened under the lights as ribbons elegantly adorned both cake top and board. A high-angle view allowed us to marvel at this masterpiece in all its glory. Chocolate sauce cascaded gracefully from a steel sauce boat onto another creation – tempting us further into indulgence. A decadent chocolate cake took center stage topped with creamy white goodness alongside fresh cherries nestled among autumn leaves. Its sides coated generously with luscious chocolate curls only added to its allure.
